CAD drafter / designer
Wolff's Welding & Fabrication, is looking for a CAD drafter / designer to assist in the production of drawings for winery equipment and catwalks. Successful candidate will also work to develop cut lists for production and fabrication. Assisting in drafting Autocad construction documents, coordinating with outside professional engineer. Requesting material quotes and ordering. Field measurements for estimating and confirming before fabrication. Preparation of project quotes. Deal with customers to better understand the project and their requirements.
We deal with jobs mostly in the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Our shop is located just south of the city of Sonoma and the successful candidate should live in the Sonoma or Napa area to minimize the commute.
Qualifications:
- AutoCAD experience
- CAD drawing production
- Excel and Word experience

Welder / Fabricator
Wolffs Welding and Fabrication is seeking an experienced fabricator capable of welding aluminum and stainless steel with MIG and TIG. You must be able to be certified as an aluminum MIG welder. Job includes shop and field work for Napa & Sonoma valley wineries. Normal work week is 7-3:30, Monday through Friday, with overtime and Saturday work as needed. Pay DOE. Vacation, holiday, company paid health benefits, 401(k) retirement plan.
Job Tasks include:
- Layout and fabrication of aluminum catwalks, stainless steel hoppers, sumps, and wine lines.
- Reading prints, calculations, measuring and planning.
- Use of hand and power tools including grinders, and drills.
- Use of iron workers, shears, press brakes, cold saws, band saws, plasma torches and forklift.
Valid, clean California driver's license necessary.
Applicants must pass a welding test.
